In Baronia Arbequina the green and the ripe live side by side in the same drop, over a herbaceous base that gives it character and an almond finish that marks it out.
Its medium intensity makes it a willing oil: it dresses raw dishes as happily as it fries or simmers over a gentle heat.

Palate
Balanced and of medium intensity, with a herbaceous base that follows every sip.

Almondy, the signature of this Arbequina from the Priorat.
The Cabacés Cooperative, in the Priorat
Cabacés is a small municipality in the Priorat district, in the province of Tarragona. There the Cabacés Cooperative gathers its members’ olives and makes the oil in the village itself, by mechanical means only.
Baronia Arbequina comes from organic farming, a way of working a mountain grove that respects the soil and the life growing between the trees. Keeping these terraces going also keeps a landscape alive.
Where Baronia Arbequina shines
- Pa amb tomàquet, with a generous thread over the bread.
- Seasonal salads and vegetables.
- Escalivada and roasted vegetables.
- Stews and pulses, added at the table.
- Carpaccios and cold dishes.
Baronia Arbequina in a box of three 3 L containers
