Con Nombre Propio, from the grove to your home

It all begins at Finca La Mata, under the sun of southern La Mancha and the wind of the Sierra de Alcaraz, a tough place where organic olive trees grow rain-fed and at altitude. That hardship is their strength: it gives very healthy olives and an oil with character.

Here the clock rules: the olives reach the mill in barely an hour and a quarter, are cold-extracted and are kept in containers designed so the last drop tastes like the first.

The oil

The jewel of the house: an early-harvest blend of Picual, Arbequina and Arróniz, rain-fed and grown at altitude. Its most powerful, dense and fresh oil, deep green, with clear bitterness and pepperiness, extracted below 27 ºC. The producer states over 650 mg/kg of polyphenols.
