Tasting ECO DAY Picual

ECO DAY is a Picual of medium-high fruitiness, with herbaceous notes, apple and banana, and light bitterness and pepperiness. Its freshness and balance make it a very versatile oil, from breakfast to dinner.

As its name suggests, it is the house’s bright everyday oil, alongside the sweeter, rounder ECO NIGHT.

In the half-litre bottle, it is used naturally at every meal and finished before losing its freshness.

Nobleza del Sur is the brand of Aceites Castellar, in Castellar (Jaén), known for its illustrated labels and its commitment to premium oils. Its ECO line is made from certified organic olives by cold extraction.

The estate’s groves are farmed without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, caring for the soil and the life around it: bees, butterflies and birds are part of the landscape that inspires its labels.

Each bottle thus combines two ideas: an oil made with technical rigour at the mill and an image recalling that everything starts in a living field, tended with respect.
