As Pontis, the origin of Vieiru Kids
The As Pontis mill was born in November 2008 in Eljas, a village in the Sierra de Gata, in northern Extremadura, surrounded by chestnut and oak woods and terraced olive groves. From the start, its aim has been to make extra virgin olive oil only from Manzanilla Cacereña, the traditional variety of the hills.
The trees behind Vieiru Kids organic grow without synthetic chemicals, in a mountain landscape where wildlife is still very present: birds, pollinating insects and native flora live alongside the grove.
How to use Vieiru Kids organic in the kitchen

- Plain omelette.
