They say in Jaén that the women who picked the olives filled their days with songs, and that those songs taught the birds to sing. Rita la Cantaora was born as a tribute to those voices, in Yedra, at the heart of the Jaén olive groves.

Each bottle joins the knowledge of the past with today’s cold extraction, and its label carries the colour and joy of a song that still sounds among the olive trees.
