Padilla Oliva Bio is the Padilla family’s organically produced oil, from their own harvest in Jaén. The Picual is picked green, between October and November, and cold extracted, which keeps the intense fruitiness that makes this extra virgin so recognisable.
Here it comes in six 2 L containers. It is a more manageable format than a large tin, made for sharing the oil between several homes or for opening one container after another without any of them waiting too long.

The Padilla family and their organic Picual
In Jaén, where olive groves stretch to the horizon, the Padilla family looks after a grove of their own under organic production. The olives for Padilla Oliva Bio come from there, always from their own harvest.
Picking green means an early start to the season, and cold extraction at 22 to 24 ºC respects what the olive already carries: a green, clear oil with the freshness of the first days at the mill.
How to enjoy Padilla Oliva Bio
- Leaf and tomato salads, with the oil added last.
- Vegetable creams, with a splash on top.
- Sourdough toast with plain oil.
- Bread for dipping at the table, with no other company.
- Everyday cooking, with a cruet that is always full.
