In Jabalquinto, on the banks of the Guadalquivir, the Aires de Jaén family looks after Los Badenes, their organic olive estate. Finca Badenes comes from there, an extra virgin olive oil that smells of fresh fruit and freshly cut grass.

Six 500 ml bottles, three litres in all, are a comfortable amount for the home kitchen: one bottle open on the worktop and the others waiting, closed, in the pantry.
