On the banks of the Tagus, in the lands of Toledo, the Casas de Hualdo family makes Casa Hualdo organic, an organically farmed extra virgin olive oil that comes from their own mill. It has a fresh, fruity aroma with that herbaceous background reminiscent of an olive grove in autumn.
There are no middlemen between the tree and the bottle: the same house looks after the olive trees, picks the olives at their point of ripeness and turns them into oil.
It comes in a 500 ml bottle, on its own or in boxes of 6, 12 or 24 units.

Casas de Hualdo, by the Tagus
Casas de Hualdo lies in an area of Toledo with an olive-growing tradition dating back to Mozarabic times. The family built its own mill in 2009 and has since controlled the whole process, from grove to bottle.
The organic line is grown without synthetic chemicals, respecting the soil and the life around the trees on the banks of the Tagus. It is a land of old olive groves, cereal fields and riverside woods where many birds nest, and farming organically there means respecting that balance.
Where Casa Hualdo organic shines
- Salads, dressed with a generous pour.
- Grilled vegetables, as they leave the heat.
- Chargrilled meats, as a final touch.
- Crusty, freshly baked bread.
- Pisto and La Mancha dishes.
Its balance makes it perfect for dressing a salad or finishing a vegetable grill, and its freshness shows on a good loaf.
Casa Hualdo organic in a 500 ml bottle

Half a litre is the size of the household cruet: it is used daily and finished before the oil loses freshness. It is sold on its own or in boxes of 6, 12 or 24 bottles, practical for keeping a supply or for gifts.
Keep Casa Hualdo organic tightly closed, in a cool place protected from light, away from the stove. Opening one bottle at a time keeps the rest sealed and fresh, so the last bottle in the box tastes just like the first.
