AOVE Baby, an oil with history and origin

In Cárchel, in the Sierra de los Carcheles at the heart of Sierra Mágina, small growers still pick the olives before they touch the ground, in rain-fed groves that in places rise above 1,500 metres. The altitude, with cold winters and dry summers, ripens the fruit slowly.

AOVE Baby brings that patience to the bottle, with CAAE organic and kosher certification. Each range tells a different landscape; choose yours.

The oil

Acebuche Salvaje: oil from wild olive trees growing among lavender and rosemary, unfiltered and naturally decanted. Thyme, rosemary and mugwort on the nose; intense on the palate, with delicate, lasting pepperiness.
