Padilla Oliva Bio: early-harvest organic Picual
Padilla Oliva Bio is the Padilla family’s organically produced extra virgin olive oil, from their own organic family grove in Jaén. It is made from Picual olives picked green between October and November and cold-extracted at 22–24 ºC.
Tasting notes
Green and clear. On the nose, intense green-olive fruitiness, freshly cut grass and olive leaf, with notes of tomato and artichoke and light touches of fig leaf. On the palate, a smooth entry, medium body, medium bitterness and balanced pepperiness, with a nutty aftertaste and medium persistence of elegant pepperiness.
