Organic Picual extra virgin olive oil made from ripe olives with black skins and white flesh. Cold-extracted by Oleohiguera in Lahiguera, Jaén, Spain.
Tasting and serving
Mild, balanced and sweet on the palate, with fruity almond notes and hints of tomato plant and kiwi. A versatile choice for uncooked dressings, gentle confit cooking and frying.
