Origin and production
Organic extra virgin olive oil made from Picual olives harvested at the turning stage, when their skins develop purple tones. Cold-extracted by Oleohiguera in Lahiguera, Jaén, Spain.
Tasting and serving
Medium fruitiness and a balanced profile with green leaf, tomato and banana notes, followed by a fresh finish. Enjoy uncooked on bread, salads, vegetables and tomato dishes.
