Description
Origin and production
Organic extra virgin olive oil made from Picual olives harvested green in early October in Jaén, Spain. Cold-extracted by Oleohiguera at its olive mill in Lahiguera.
Tasting and serving
Intense fruitiness with notes of fig leaf, tomato plant, banana peel and almond. Fluid, complex and balanced on the palate, with floral nuances. Enjoy uncooked on bread, tomato salads, vegetables and fresh cheeses.
