Description
Picual from a biodynamic estate
Castillo de Canena is a family estate in Jaén with a long history in olive oil. This Picual comes from its Olivares Vivos groves, farmed under biodynamic principles that look after the soil, biodiversity and the surrounding ecosystem.
On the palate
A fruity Picual with notes of fresh grass, almond and tomato, and the bitterness and pungency typical of the variety.
How to use it
Raw on toast, tomatoes and salads, or to finish grilled fish and vegetables. The dark glass bottle protects the oil from light.
