Origin and production
Early-harvest organic Picual extra virgin olive oil from Mergaoliva. Made from selected green olives harvested in early October in Jaén, Spain.
Tasting and serving
Bright green in appearance, with intense fruitiness and the distinctive sensory character of the Primer Día selection. Enjoy uncooked on bread, tomato salads and vegetables, adding it just before serving.
