Origin and production
Organic extra virgin olive oil made from acebuchina, the fruit of the wild olive tree, by Oleohiguera in Lahiguera, Jaén, Spain. The fruits are picked by hand and the oil is obtained by mechanical means.
Tasting and serving
A fruity, intense character with gentle bitterness and a peppery touch. Enjoy uncooked on toast, salads or vegetables, adding it just before serving to appreciate its individual flavour.
