Single-variety organic Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil from Mergaoliva, cold-extracted by Oleohiguera in Lahiguera, Jaén, Spain.
Tasting and serving
Subtle on the palate and aromatic, recalling apple, fresh grass and green almond. Light bitterness with a pleasant peppery finish. Drizzle over vegetables, cheeses, fruit and pasta.
