Origin and production
A Mergaoliva tasting gift set containing two 250 ml tins: CÉNIT Picual and CÉNIT Hojiblanca. Produced by Oleohiguera in Lahiguera, Jaén, Spain, and presented together for gifting or comparing their individual characters.
Tasting and serving
Picual offers medium fruitiness with leaf, tomato and banana notes. Hojiblanca recalls apple, fresh grass and green almond, with light bitterness and a pleasant peppery finish. Taste each separately on bread, vegetables and salads to discover their differences.
