A single-variety Cornicabra olive oil from La Galinda, produced by Cooperativa San Miguel in Navahermosa, in the Montes de Toledo area of Spain.
Tasting and serving
A sweet opening and smooth texture combine Cornicabra’s characteristic bitterness with a gentle peppery finish. Enjoy it uncooked on bread and salads, or drizzle over roast lamb and suckling pig before serving.
