The organic oil of Los Badenes

Finca Badenes Organic is Aires de Jaén’s organically farmed extra virgin olive oil, made with the utmost respect and care on the family’s Los Badenes estate, on the banks of the Guadalquivir in Jabalquinto. It is olive juice obtained exclusively through traditional and organic processes, following the rhythms taught by many years of olive-growing tradition. The family controls the oil’s whole journey, from the tree to the estate’s own mill and bottling.

Tasting notes

On the nose come fresh fruit with green touches reminiscent of freshly cut grass, along with notes of green leaf, tomato plant, green banana, apple and green almond. On the palate it is very balanced, with a very pleasant entry. A bright, green-toned oil presented in a 500 ml dark glass bottle.

At the table

It pairs superbly with salads, meats and cheeses. It also works raw over toast with tomato or avocado, on grilled vegetables and with baked fish, bringing vegetal freshness without masking the other ingredients.
